As
my son reached pre-k age, I knew it was time for me to find him a preschool so
he could begin adjusting to school life.
Boy am I happy I found faithredmond.org (Child Care Christian School Redmond). Having no prior day care or school
experience I was worried his transition would be slow. Boy was I wrong. This school has made it so fun and easy going
that he wakes up eager for school!
I
love how clean the place is, the friendly staff and all the fun projects he
comes home to show off. All the children there are so nice and I'm so happy I
made this decision last year.
Hands
down could not ask for a better school. The three year old is speech delayed,
and the three teachers have been wonderful in using the words the speech
therapist gives us as homework. The other day when I told them what the
official diagnosis was, they said "okay we know what that is and how to
work with him!" I left wanting to cry because in that moment I knew he was
in amazing hands, not that I didn't already know that. All three teachers are
warm and loving and greet us everyday with a smile. With traffic it takes us
about thirty minutes to get there in the mornings and it is worth it. This is
the school every parent should send their kid!
Some
of my favorite things about this Full Time Preschool Redmond are the active, imaginative outdoor play space, the
learning curriculums which include strategies for all learning styles and a
hands-on science curriculum. I also appreciate that healthy snack options like
fruit are always offered, that there is an emphasis on helping children develop
the social and emotional skills that will best serve them in kindergarten, and
of course I love the care and attention paid to my student's individual needs.
This
preschool is FANTASTIC. Just about
everything I could ask for.
